Mirador Review is an independent editorial desk, and these are the only two channels through which we handle messages. There is no form, no phone line and no chat: writing to the right address is the quickest way to reach the right person.

Where to write

• Editorial desk: [email protected] — questions about the content, topic suggestions, questions about our sources or about the angle of a guide.
• Corrections: [email protected] — when something we published looks incorrect, incomplete or out of date.

What to send for a correction

The more specific the message, the sooner we can act. Note that we need three things:

1. The exact address of the page where the problem is, and the language you read it in.
2. What looks wrong, quoting the specific sentence or figure rather than the whole section.
3. The source that shows it: the operator's page, its payment document or the official app listing where the correct fact appears. If the fact no longer appears anywhere, say that too; a confirmed absence is valid information for us.

If a message arrives without a source we still read it, but checking takes us more work and the correction may end up waiting.

What this desk cannot do

This matters, so we will say it plainly: we cannot access your trading account, unblock it, verify it or recover it, on any platform and under any circumstances. We are not the platform, we have no access to its systems, and there is no procedure we can start on your behalf.

The matters only the operator's own support can resolve include:

• login problems, passwords, blocks and account closures;
• deposits that have not been credited;
• withdrawals that are pending, rejected or returned;
• identity verification and requested documents;
• specific trades, balances, bonuses and promotions.

For all of that, write to the support channel the platform itself names on its site and in its contractual documentation. Never send Mirador Review passwords, one-time codes, identity documents or card details: we do not need them and we should not receive them.

How we handle your message

We read everything that arrives and we reply when we have something useful to add. We do not promise response times and we publish no service hours, because we are a small desk and we would rather not commit to a timeframe we cannot sustain. What always happens is that a well-documented error report is reviewed, even if you get no reply.

Your data is used only to answer you and, where relevant, to correct the page concerned. The detail is in our privacy notice.
